I have not heard anything along the lines of a custom cover for the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 being manufactured. Currently the Classic Accessories Cover for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # CA80116 is the best cover for the B&W Patriot. It will not cover both the hitch head and slider assembly, but it does cover the entire hitch head itself. We have one hitch cover for 2-1/2 inch hitches, # C22277, which you reference, but if you have your eye on a particular hitch cover that's available in a 2 inch version, you can use a reducer sleeve like # 58102, in your 2-1/2 inch hitch to make it a 2 inch in order to use any 2" hitch cover.

The Reese 5th Wheel Hitch Cover # RP30055 fits most standard 5th wheel hitches but does not fit on the Elite series models such as your 18K RP30144. The best option in a general-purpose cover to protect your hitch from the elements I suggest the Classic Accessories Cover # CA80116.

The hitch receiver size on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited can be either a 1-1/4 inches or 2 inches. All of our Texas hitch covers are designed to fit 2 inch trailer hitch receivers. However, what you can do if you have a 1-1/4 inch receiver is to use an adapter. You can use Hitch Adapter, # 80303. The small end would go in a 1-1/4 inch receiver and the other end will accept a 2 inch hitch cover.
